Harula Ladd
Harula is a poet and facilitator, with over 15 years experience in supporting groups and individuals to connect and share through expressing themselves creatively. Her work is inspired by the deep joy of witnessing people discovering new gifts and strengths in themselves, as well as a love for that sweet tender place of vulnerability when there is a genuine heart connection, beyond story and blame.
She has worked in a wide variety of contexts, including community groups, schools, hospitals, and in the Findhorn Foundation. Working for several years as a volunteer in both South Africa and Rwanda in her twenties, Harula developed a keen interest in restorative justice, and was later introduced to NVC while living and working in Findhorn.
Harula participated in the year long DRM Facilitator training course in 2024, and has experienced its transformational effect. Harula is now an experienced facilitator who seeks to explore ways to ease human suffering through supporting difficult conversations that bring genuine insight and fundamental change, ultimately leading to greater peace and freedom.
