Lorraine is a qualified lawyer who assists a small sub-contracting company with contractual, governance and dispute issues.

Lorraine was already an experienced mediator in civil and commercial matters when she discovered the Dialogue Road Map and participated in the year-long DRM Facilitator training in 2020.  She has found that her professional life has benefitted from DRM by showing her that heated discussions can be handled differently, the heat in the room can be taken out quickly, everyone can be heard, and healthier conversations can be had leading to more effective, speedier resolutions.

In January 2022, with Ruth Allington, Lorraine established Peaceful Solutions Dialogue & Mediation Ltd, which is an approved independent service of the Centre for Peaceful Solutions.
